Megan McKenna told to brace herself for ‘harsh critics’ as she tries to become a country singer in new There’s Something About Megan trailer
Megan moved to Nashville this summer to try her hand at becoming a country music 'superstar'
MEGAN McKenna was told to brace herself to face "harsh critics" as she tries to make it as a country music star in the new trailer for There's Something About Megan.
The Towie star moved to Nashville for the summer to try and kick start her music career and documented her experience for a new ITVbe documentary.
She previously auditioned for Britain's Got Talent and tried her hand on The X Factor twice.
In the preview clip, Megan says: "My dream is to become a world wide country star.
"Nashville is the place, and this is going to be my starting point."
However, her dream doesn't come easy as she's told Nashville music lovers are a "harsh audience".
As she walks down the street, Megan reveals she's "had a few maybes and a few straight out 'no's'" as she tries to land herself a few gigs.
But she's determined as she adds: "There’s nothing else in the world I want more than this."
It remains to be seen how Megan gets on and if she impresses the crowds.
However, while Megan is excited about the show her Towie co-stars aren't too impressed.
