The reality TV couple couldn't keep their hands off each other after finally getting to enjoy each other's company in total privacy after weeks in the CBB house.
Sarah was crowned winner of the show on Friday night as viewers flocked to the phone lines to vote for her.
The former Girls Aloud singer's onscreen lover Chad left the house before her, but they were soon reunited on the outside.
They are believed to have spent two nights together at a hotel in north London after leaving the house.
They were later seen leaving together holding hands, and Sarah was spotted affectionately rubbing her boyfriend's back.
The couple piled their luggage into a car before heading off.
The singer hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses and scraped her hair back into a ponytail.
Chad looked relaxed in grey tracksuit bottoms, a white T-shirt and a baseball cap.
The Girls Aloud star shocked fans by striking up a romance with the US TV hunk - especially as she had a boyfriend outside the house.
After winning the show, she now revealed her relationship with plasterer Aaron Lacey is over.

Sarah, 35, was seen getting frisky with Chad while they were lying in bed after weeks of snogging and canoodling - despite the fact the Girls Aloud member was dating Aaron when she went on the show.
Viewers accused her of having full sex with him, and her "secret" boyfriend was later pictured looked devastated.
"He [Chad] soon became a very good friend to me, and we got a lot closer and I just had to weigh up the options.
"Dating someone for three or four weeks you don't get what we had from how much time we spend together in the house, it felt like six months.
Previously Aaron's identity was outed by The Sun - and a pal revealed he was devastated at seeing what Sarah was getting up to on TV.
Sarah and Chad have caused controversy since leaving the house as she was accused of being drunk in a shocking Instagram video.
She let rip with a furious, swear-laden rant at Chad during the Instagram Live.
The CBB winner unleashed homophobic slurs during her tirades - and was accused by Chad's fans of being drunk, before he apologised and terminated the video.
After previously referring to him as her "rock", Sarah was heard calling Chad "p****" and "b****" after he refused to turn off the video.
She also appeared to accuse Chad's fans of being "bitchy a**** f******".
The Instagram video began with Sarah interrupting, shouting: "Chaaaad, come here", to which he responded: "I can't come here at the moment, I've come here plenty of times."
Sarah, 35, was then heard yelling "Chad I need to have a wee", before he replied: "There's 400 people listening to you right now."
The Girls Aloud singer bluntly responded: "F*** off then."
Shortly after that, she came back and mocked Chad's appearance, saying he looked like George Michael "on a rap squad" - before demanding: "Turn it off, p****."
