The talent company, of which the Girls Aloud singer is listed as the only shareholder, made £53,782 in 2015 in shareholder’s funds.

But the following year, the shareholder's funds were listed as just £14,662.

The news comes after it was reported that Sarah, 35, only took part in Celebrity Big Brother because she ‘needed the money’.

Ed Sheeran's musician cousin Jethro  claimed Sarah needed the CBB pay cheque after she injured her leg while training for Channel 4 winter sports show The Jump last year.

Celebrity Big Brother doesn’t actually dish out prize money and the winner – which was Sarah – will give £50,000 to a charity of their choice.

She is however expected to make money from appearances, mag deals and work opportunities off the back of the show.

Speaking to Now magazine, Jethro said: "She needed the money.

"She broke her leg on the last show, so she was in physiotherapy for that and lost out on work."

Sarah didn't actually break her leg on The Jump; she pulled a ligament in her knee that required her to withdraw from the competition.

She was advised to rest for a month and undergo physiotherapy.

Sarah found fame as part of Girls Aloud who formed on the 2002 reality show Popstars: The Rivals, and went on to become the UK's biggest selling girl band of the 21st century with more than four million album sales.

It’s thought they made around £30 million by May 2010.

They disbanded in 2013 following a Greatest Hits Tour to mark their tenth anniversary.

Since then Sarah has had a failed attempt at a solo career, a bit part on Coronation Street and a number of small film roles.
