Sam Thompson reveals he’s ‘quit’ Made In Chelsea after split from Tiffany Watson and blames co-stars for killing his self-esteem
SAM Thompson revealed he needed to step away from Made in Chelsea following his split from Tiffany Watson earlier this summer.
The reality stars called their on/off romance quits after Sam became fed up of Tiff's 'miserable mates whispering in her ear'.
He distracted himself from the heartache by entering Celebrity Big Brother where he struck up a romance with former X Factor star Amelia Lily.
Speaking about his future on the popular E4 show, Sam, 25, told The Sun Online: "I worry about myself on Made in Chelsea at the moment, I don't know where I stand on it. To me MIC has given me everything I have, and I will never slate the show or the producers.
"I'm not a fighter, I don't like getting involved in the drama. I'm not a Lucy Watson, I can't just say one word in a scene and have it slapped in and look funny, I can't do that, I'm not clever enough!
"I just don't think the structure suits me as a person, but then again I never say I'd quit.
"There are people at the top who are really, really understanding at all times and that is really important for a good working relationship.
"After Ibiza I told them I needed a break as my mental state wasn't in the best place after the breakup so I'm not ready to jump back in.
"They've been really understanding and said the door is always open, which really sets them apart from other shows.
"So many people come back so I'll never say I'll quit as that's so final."

On Thursday Sam was snapped keeping a protective arm around his date Amelia, 22, as they made a bleary-eyed exit from Embargo nightclub in London at around 2am.
The pair appeared eager to avoid any attention, with Sam hiding under his hoodie and Amelia throwing her jacket over her head and keeping her face to the ground.
Sam wore black jeans and a black T-shirt teamed with a camouflage bomber jacket for their date, while former X Factor contestant Amelia looked pretty in a floral dress and black ankle boots.

It's the first time they've been seen together since Celebrity Big Brother ended.
The singer has now confirmed they had a "lovely" first date.
She told The Daily Mail: "We're friends, we're hanging out.
"Who knows what future holds, but he did take me out and it was lovely. So we'll see how it goes.'
She added: "I honestly don't know if we have a future, who knows what it holds.
"But he took me out, and we're not rushing into anything, so we'll see."
