MARK Wright gives his best friend James 'Arg' Argent some speed dating advice in a hilarious Towie throwback clip.
The footage from Series 1 of the hit reality show comes as Arg continues to look for love this week on Celebs Go Dating.
In the classic clip, Mark can be seen telling Arg what to do when he goes on a speed dating night.
The former Towie star - who is now making in it big in America - even gets poor Arg to rehearse what he would say to chat a girl up, with Mark pretending to be the lady in question.
The video, from 2010, sees Arg barely get out his name, before Mark descends into laughter at his mate's expense.
Mark left Towie at the end of the 2011 after three series to do other things.
He has now crossed the pond to pursue his TV presenting career.
A recent trailer to promote his new show in the States bizarrely hailed him as a "soccer hero" and "international DJ" but failed to mention his Towie roots.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday night Arg got his first kiss on Celebs Go Dating - and it was totally awkward.
He took a shine to Scottish beauty Yasmin during the show's debut episode on Monday.
After taking his date for a curry, the pair left the restaurant and that's when things got totes awks.
Arg pushed the door open for Yasmin and they both shared a nervous laugh, fully aware the camera was right in front of them.
Arg didn't know where to look and when Yasmin asked if he'd had a nice time, he rubbed his hand along the side of his head and replied: "Yeah I did".
"I actually, erm, yeah really enjoyed myself".
As the pair stood awkwardly making small talk, the voiceover man - comedian Rob Beckett - urged Arg to seal the deal.
As if he could hear him, Arg then said: "So are you up for a second date?"
Yasmin replied: "Yeah I am".
As they inched closer, Arg said: "OK well, goodnight" and then they leaned in for a kiss which turned into a full on snog.

As Rob commented on the tonsil tennis, Arg then cringily said at the end of it: "Nice".
The camera then cut to the grinning Towie star who declared: "Arg is back baby! I've still got it!"
The star, who recently returned from a 10-week stint in Thai rehab, discussed how he got on in the dating show during an appearance on This Morning.
He said: “I was fortunate enough to meet lots of lovely ladies.”
But he revealed that there was one thing that kept holding him back: “They were concerned I was eating too much, too quickly.
"My dates actually went pretty well – but a lot of my feedback was ‘he’s hungry’.
“The truth of the matter is I am still eating a lot but eating the right things.”
The star continued: “Even if they don’t fancy me. I want them to say I was a nice guy.”
