Stephen Belafonte’s lawyers investigating a second Mel B witness as Swedish student who claims she had a threesome with them alleges she’s been harassed by singer
LAWYERS working for Stephen Belafonte are reportedly investigating a second woman who claims she has been harassed by his estranged wife Mel B.
But now the claims Stephen's legal team are investigating a second situation with a Swedish university student who reportedly had a threesome with the couple and has reportedly been harassed by Mel, 42.
According to the outlet, the 22-year-old student received a message from Mel's hairdresser and close friend Gary Manatyan on Instagram last week.
It claims the message read: "Hi. Please let me know what number Mel B can contact you. This is Gary her friend. She ask me to contact you."
The student then reportedly replied: "I have no contact with him [Stephen Belafonte] anymore so I am out of the situation totally, so u can tell her that if she want to contact me she can write me on Instagram."
But then during the night she claims she received a call from a Beverly Hills number which she didn't answer.
She said: "I was woke up by a call, it was 3am, and the number was from the US and straight after that Gary was writing me again on Instagram, he gave me his number and said Mel wants to talk to me.
"I thought the call I received had come from Stephen so I called it back and it was Mel.
"She said, 'Your sex tape is already out there and your name is already out there and you have to be in court in about two or three weeks and my lawyers can help you and I can pay for a trip.'"

The student said she told the star that would not be possible as she had to study and she didn't want to be involved in the situation, but Mel wouldn't take no for an answer.
She continued: "But she said, 'No you have to, it's like in the law, if the court is calling you you have to go there.'"
The MailOnline added the student is not on any witness list submitted to court as part of the couple's domestic violence abuse case and she has not been subpoenaed to give evidence.
The student also does not appear in any of the videos Stephen's legal team as submitted as evidence.
