Orlando Bloom strips topless to show off workout inspired by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson
The star was filmed doing deadlifts and tricep dips while his pal pretended to squeeze his bum
ORLANDO Bloom flexed his muscles while being filmed doing a gruelling topless workout inspired by wrestler-turned-acting superstar Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
The Lord Of The Rings star, 40, could be seen focusing on his hamstrings and butt as he did deadlifts in his home gym with a pal.
He struggled to concentrate though as his friend pretended to squeeze his bum before showing his own rear to the camera.
Orlando then switched to unassisted tricep dips, during which he said: "This is a shout out to Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. I just started following him and I'm so inspired by everything he does."
However, he was once again thrown off as his pal placed his fingers on his nipples.
Orlando also wrote alongside the video: "inspired by @therock who takes his entire gym with him everywhere he films 👊🏻 respect ✊🏻 seems my biceps are basically the size of his index finger 🤣 #workoutwednesday @lifefitness"
Earlier this month Orlando went on another paddleboarding expedition with Katy Perry.
The pair, who are rumoured to have recently reconciled, were pictured together on Malibu beach.
In a snap, captured by CelebrityWotnot, Katy is seen dressed in a striped bikini and hat as she walked behind Orlando.
The Lord Of The Rings star carried the paddleboard while Katy held onto the paddle.
A source close to the pair told E! News the pair have reunited, saying: "Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are back together.

"They never stopped loving each other. They are both working on making it right this time."
However, the actor ensured he didn't draw too much attention to himself following the infamous snap taken during the couple's holiday in Italy last August went viral.
In an interview earlier this year, Katy claimed Orlando asked her to strip for the aquatic adventure.
Speaking to Aussie radio station KIIS Fm's Kyle and Jackie O, Katy revealed: "He asked me if I wanted to be naked and I was just like, it's one of those things where I was like, 'oh nah.'
She said: "You know when you're dating someone sometimes, it's exciting to be like, 'oh should we try and make out over here in this place?' or what have you, and I was just not in the mood. I saved it for the boat!"
