Beyonce fans sent into overdrive as French director Michel Gondry teases possible new music video
Fans are eager to hear new material from the megastar - and it appears they could get their wish any day now
BEYONCE fans have had their excitement for new music from the star reach fever pitch as acclaimed director Michel Gondry has teased a possible upcoming music video.
The French auteur - who was the mind behind movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - has revealed that he had filmed a "clip" with the Halo megastar.
At the time, Gondry told InStyle that it was a "clip" for the star, and added: "Unfortunately, it's not out yet because she had her twins."
This has sent the rumour mill into overdrive that a new album is about to drop at any moment.
Her last full release, Lemonade, was released in 2015 and was a full concept album complete with a feature-length film to go alongside it.
Lemonade, which has been praised as the star's masterpiece, was dropped without warning to the general public.
Over the past few weeks, after shunning the limelight during her pregnancy, Beyonce has started attending more formal events as well as contributing to the relief efforts of Hurricane Harvey.
On Thursday night, the mum-of-three stepped out with her husband Jay-Z for Rihanna's Diamond charity bash, and again wore a deep green gown that left her looking flawless.
It was her first official event since having her twins back in June - and so marked a return to the limelight.
However, her dress ended up revealing a rare wardrobe malfunction for the star - and she revealed she was wearing a pair of black Spanx underneath.
