LAURA Simpson, who hit the headlines after her notorious night out with Wayne Rooney, has been spotted getting cosy with Jemma Lucy’s ex David Hawley.
The new pals walked arm in arm into the Novotel Hotel in London after watching Aaron Chalmers’ BAMMA fight last night.
Laura appeared to be intensely interested in what David was telling her and she looked longingly at him as they walked along.
Once inside the hotel, the pair went to greet another group of people who’d congregated in the bar.
The 29-year-old, who kissed and cuddled married Wayne on a night out at the Bubble Room cocktail bar earlier this month, caused a stir in a racy top at Wembley before heading back to their hotel with David.
But it seems last night she only had eyes for David and the pair seemed very friendly as they walked and talked.
After partying together, Everton footballer Wayne was arrested for driving while over the legal alcohol limit after getting behind the wheel of Laura’s VW Beetle.
Laura told The Sun afterwards: “It was all playful fun and I’d had loads to drink.
“We had a kiss, a hug and some banter — harmless fun. Then we left. I got taken out the front, while the taxi I got put in was made to go around the back of the bar to pick Wayne up.

The Sun on Sunday revealed how Wayne’s wife Coleen, who is pregnant with the couple’s fourth child, confronted Laura on the phone after learning of her husband’s arrest.
She said: “She asked me to tell her what happened.
“She seemed unhappy with the fact that we had left a nightclub in a cab together to go to my car.
“She did say both of us were at fault for getting in the taxi and that we shouldn’t have done that.”
Earlier this week Laura was given a rough ride when she appeared on the ITV’s This Morning.
She squirmed as she was grilled by Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield over her choice to get in a car with the footballer.
But she insisted she did “nothing wrong”.
When asked how she felt about Wayne now Laura replied: “I don’t know him to feel anything about him really.”
The Sun Online has contacted David’s representatives for comment.
