What is Russell Brand's net worth?

As of September 2023, Russell Brand has an estimated net worth of $20m (£16,147,260.00), according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Much of this is believed to be attributed to his career in the comedy circuit and his work in television.

Brand has also drummed up income from lucrative book and film deals.

What has Russell Brand starred in?

As mentioned above, Brand has enjoyed roles both in television and film.

The actor started out as the host of Big Brother’s Big Mouth in 2004, before hosting multiple gigs, including the MTV Movie Awards.

However, it was years later that Brand got his first big film role - starring in St. Trinian's before taking on the role of Aldous Snow in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him To The Greek.

Other major movie roles have included Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile and Minions: The Rise of Gru.

Aside from his work on the big screen, Brand has also starred on a number of television shows, including Celebrity Juice, Russell Brand: From Addiction to Recovery, Russell Brand: End the Drugs War, and Neighbours - a role in which he starred as himself in 2020.

Neighbours executive producer Jason Herbison said Neighbours had only invited Brand to visit the set when they'd found out he was a long-time fan of the Aussie soap - but they eventually found a way to naturally incorporate the comedian into the script.

How many books has Russell Brand written?

As well as forging a successful acting and comedy career, Brand has also written a number of books.

He is known for his first autobiography, My Booky Wook, which was later followed up by Booky Wook 2: This Time It's Personal.

Other works include Recovery: Freedom From Our Addictions, Revolution, and Mentors: How to Help and Be Helped.

Aside from his multiple book deals, Brand has also written a children's book titled Russell Brand’s Trickster Tales: The Pied Piper of Hamelin - which retells the classic children's story The Pied Piper of Hamelin.
