Speaking to the , Frankie revealed: "I think now Wayne's done it and he loved it and he said he would do it again, it kind of makes me feel positive that I would enjoy it."

However the star admitted she'd struggle with any challenges and ruled out any possibility of chowing down on kangaroo peckers.

Frankie explained: "I would be so scared, I'm such a wimp, if I did it, it would be purely to test myself.

"The worst possible thing for me would be to eat something weird because like I can't even eat ketchup so for me to eat some sort of kangaroo willy or the juice drink thing, I don't know if I could do it."

Perhaps needing to rethink her jungle ambitions, Frankie went on to list even more fears she'd have to confront during her stint in the bush.

She added: "I am claustrophobic, I hate spiders, I don't love snakes but I would take a snake over a spider and I couldn't do a sky dive.

"So all in all I'd be screwed, but yeah, I'm up for it... The only thing is when I'm scared I go quiet."

Frankie is no stranger to reality TV having competed in the 2014 series of Strictly Come Dancing, but losing out to Caroline Flack and Simon Webbe.

The Saturdays are currently taking TV competitions by storm and Frankie will have to wait her turn in the celeb-filled jungle as bandmate Vanessa White is already signed up for the forthcoming series.

Vanessa’s appearance in I’m A Celeb will coincide with band-mate Mollie King starring in the new series of BBC1 rival Strictly Come Dancing.
