STACEY Solomon showed off a black eye on Loose Women today and revealed she smacked her face on the STAIRS during a game with her kids.
The telly favourite looked gorgeous on today's show and there was no hint of a shiner thanks to her amazing make-up.
However, that didn't stop the Loose Women ladies from showing an unfiltered selfie of her poor eye.
Stacey explained what happened saying: "It's not even glamorous or anything heroic."
Janet quipped: "I didn't even want to ask but I kept looking at your eye."
Stacey continued: "This happened on Sunday and it's getting worse and worse by the day.
"You know when you wrap up in like a blanket or a sleeping bag and you sleigh down the stairs?
"It's completely normal and I took it a step too far, as I normally do and I ended up going straight into the banister at the bottom."
Speaking on yesterday's show, Stacey revealed her young sons want six packs after watching shows like Love Island.
She was discussing body confidence after a host of famous males posed in their underwear for the programme's latest Body Stories campaign.
Asked whether men feel pressure to look good the same as women, Stacey said: "I think the pressures are just getting worse and worse, when you think about social media and everybody in Love Island with the perfect bodies.
"I know that even my children, without the Love Island, without the Instagram, Facebook or whatever, even their action figures are all ripped with six packs.
"They look at them and go 'oh mum when can I get a six pack, when can I join the gym? and that scares the life out of me."
Stacey, who has sons Zachary, nine and Leighton, five, also revealed her boyfriend Joe Swash feels the pressure to have a good body.
She said of her presenter beau: "It's funny as well because I often forget that men even hone these insecurities.
"When I first met Joe I think that was the first time I realised 'Oh my God it bothers him about his weight and what he looks like and his figure' and he goes to the gym every single day, he's healthy.
"He's not completely ripped but he does care about what his body looks like.
"I think there is a huge pressure on men to be bulky, ripped and perfect like there is on women."
The seven famous faces to take part in the Body Stories campaign were boxing icon Frank Bruno, former footballers David Ginola and Robbie Savage, Strictly judge Bruno Tonioli, Corrie hunk Shayne Ward, This Morning’s Dr Ranj Singh and Judge Robert Rinder.
The campaign will highlight body confidence issues affecting men — from childhood insecurities to life-changing illness, eating disorders, steroid abuse, sexuality and fame.
Research by OnePoll for Loose Women has revealed more than a quarter of men cannot name a body part that they like most, while around half have concerns about their weight.
And with almost three out of every four of the 2,000 men quizzed unable to talk to anyone about how they feel about their body, and the celebrity men want to change all that.
