The Towie star, 31 - who split from jailbird boyfriend Joey Morrisson this summer - glanced at snappers as she was pictured emerging from a Chigwell clinic, following a "non-surgical facelift treatment".
The reality TV star hid her smoother face behind large sunglasses and clutched her phone as she exited the beauty centre, where she'd been given a Profhilo treatment to firm up her skin.
Wearing tight-fitting leggings and and unzipped workout top, Lauren showed off lots of cleavage as she exited the Natasha Lucy clinic - as well as the bottom that many of her fans have claimed has been enhanced by surgery.
Lauren's rep has told The Sun Online that Lauren has not had surgery on her bum, which she showcased in a sexy all-black outfit on a night of clubbing recently.
And writing in 2016, Lauren claimed the bottom shape was down to intense work-outs, writing in her new! column: "I have been training my a**e off, literally, ahead of TOWIE filming. I've definitely noticed a difference too.
"I love it! My bum is the main part of my body I work on in the gym. I'm doing more weight lifting and I've definitely noticed a difference."
Previously Lauren has admitted to getting fake boobs, and has said lip fillers are "okay" - but has slammed "face fillers", saying they ruin people's looks.
She blasted earlier this year: "I really don't like face fillers !! Girls please stop having filler in the face I think it looks so ugly! Lips ok I understand... but this...
“The Puffy cheek look or where ever you have it looks like got puffy face!! Just makes looks older ! Minimal is the way forward!”
She also told MailOnline around that time: "For years, friends and boyfriends have said to me, you look so much better without makeup.
"They actually prefer me more natural, and now I'm embracing that."
But fans slammed "hypocrite" Lauren, who has dramatically changed her look multiple times since Towie began in 2010.
Mark Wright's ex Lauren has had a tough few months after bursting into tears live on telly over her break-up with Joey Morrisson.
She called the romance with Morrissson, who is serving a 16 year sentence for possession of a firearm, kidnap and blackmail, "mentally draining" and admitted he tried to stop her going out drinking.
