Birthday boy Jon admitted he had been wrong to continue messaging his ex-girlfriend Chloe Crowhurst while he was seeing Lauren.

And the reality star insisted he only had eyes for Lauren and would do all it took to pursue a relationship with her.

He admitted: "You're different to any girl that I've met and I want to act the way you want me to. You do make me a better person.

"You make me think about things in a different way. I am sorry for lying to you. Even if you don't want me anymore I'm going to keep proving that I'm not going to be an a***hole anymore."

He insisted he had cut all contact with his ex as he continued: "She's blocked on everything. I'm not speaking to her. She tried to contact, I ignore.

"I'm not interested in her. You're different to her, it's taken me some time to realise. When you've got a really good woman who's interested then it's different."

Lauren stated: "Obviously this has planted seeds of doubt in my head. Even the Jordan thing, it's a bit embarrassing for me that you're arguing publicly about an ex-girlfriend."

Jon asked if he had blown his chance and Lauren admitted he was still in the running to win her heart.
