PRESS is nearing the end of its first season as the newspaper-based drama edges towards its conclusion.
Here's the lowdown on the show and its stars.
When does Press start on BBC One?
Press continues tonight (Thursday, October 18) at 9pm on BBC One.
After it's been televised in the UK, it will be aired on PBS in the United States.
The six-part show has been written by playwright-turned-screenwriter Mike Bartlett, known for writing Suranne Jones' dramatic marital saga, Doctor Foster.
Directing the episodes is Tom Vaughan, who has worked on Victoria, Doctor Foster, The Royals and Endeavour.
What is it about?
Press is a BBC drama about the happenings in the offices of two fictional daily newspapers The Herald and The Post.
It will track the personal and professional lives of reporters, editors and CEOs charged with bringing readers the latest scoop - while out-selling their rivals.
The BBC described the new series as: “Set in the fast-paced and challenging environment of the British newspaper industry.
"Press will immerse viewers in the personal lives and the constant professional dilemmas facing its characters.
“The series follows their lives as they attempt to balance work and play, ambition and integrity, amid the never-ending pressure of the 24-hour global news cycle and an industry in turmoil.”
With just two episodes to go, deputy news editor Holly Evans has crossed the divide and headed for the tabloid Post after quitting the Herald.
Post editor Duncan Allen is embroiled in a fight with the Prime Minister and is threatening to look into a shadowy operation known only as 'Resonance'.
