Gemma Collins is about to get her heart broken AGAIN as James Argent ‘isn’t interested in a relationship with her’
TOWIE star Gemma Collins is headed for heartbreak - because James ‘Arg’ Argent isn’t interested in dating her.
The Sun Online can reveal that Gemma’s castmates on the hit ITVBe show are all worried that her relationship with Arg will end in tears and are warning her not to fall for him again.
“Arg has made it clear he’s not in the right place to start a serious relationship with Gemma, but everyone’s worried that she’s not listening to him and is falling for him again,” says the insider.
“Arg and Gemma have such a laugh, and since he rejoined Towie they’re spending loads of time together, but he’s just not looking for a serious relationship right now.
“He’s told Gemma this and there were a lot of tears when that happened.
“Even after they filmed the scene where he confronted her about telling Lydia – and everyone – that she’d slept with him last year, she was crying off camera.
“Everyone genuinely feels for her – she’s a sweet person and she just wants to find love, but it’s not going to be with Arg.
“She jokes all the time that now Arg has lost the weight and had a nose job, he won’t want her.
“It’s sad because if he was ready to date her, they’d make a great couple.”
Gemma revealed this week that she was still fond of Arg – but that she thinks he should get back with ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright.
“I will always love Arg, but he and Lydia Bright are meant to be together. We’re not meant to be,” she told Reveal.
The Towie co-stars had a romantic dinner in Dublin recently – but he also reduced her to tears in another dramatic Towie scene.
They originally dated back in 2012 on the show, but have had a chequered romantic history since then.
They fell out last year when Gemma revealed that she’d slept with Arg on the same day he bedded Lydia Bright – and also confessed that she’d had unprotected sex in the hope of getting pregnant … without telling him.
But they made up in Marbella earlier this year – in an awkward reunion.
Gemma is headed to Celebs Go Dating early next year – following in Arg’s footsteps.
“She was upset watching Arg get with other girls on the show, but hopefully signing up is a sign that she’s moving on,” says our insider. “We just want her to be happy.”
