Towie’s Pete Wicks was warned that Megan McKenna had cheated on him but ‘he ignored rumours’ as she denies being unfaithful
But reality star turned singer has insisted she’s never done the dirty on Pete, after it was claimed she’d been seeing her ex ‘behind his back for months’
PETE Wicks’ friends warned him “Megan McKenna had cheated on him” but he chose to ignore them, according to a shock new report.
Yesterday the Towie star turned country singer denied ever being unfaithful to Pete, with her pals telling The Sun Online: “Megan never cheated on Pete or sexted anybody whilst they were in a relationship.”
They continued: “Megan has not been ‘meeting up with Harry for months’.
“The first time they met up was last week when Megan was single. They had no contact at all while Megan was in a relationship with Pete.”
However the claim Pete knew Megan had done the dirty but say he chose to stand by her because he loved her.
A source said: “He had people telling him that they'd spotted [Megan and Harry] out together several times and even shared a bed at an after party.
“Pete has no proof that Megan cheated on him and wants to believe their relationship was genuine.
“But he has friends telling him it's been going on for months he is struggling to think anything else.”

“Pete has lost friends over this as he refused to believe them.
“Now he knows they were all right. There's no smoke without fire and it all seems too coincidental.”
While Megan and Pete split weeks ago, the end of their romance is currently playing out on Towie.
Emotional scenes in Wednesday’s show revealed how Pete had found out Megan had slept with Harry after their split.
They later met up in a restaurant to talk about what had happened, with Megan saying: “I feel dead with the relationship. I feel I've just got no effort.”
Pete then replied: “We're both on the same page for once. I can't force someone to want to be with me.”
Since they started dating in April 2016, both have been hit by cheating claims.
Just weeks after they became official, Chloe Lewis claimed Megan was getting it on with her boyfriend Jake Hall.
Just four months later, The Sun Online revealed Pete had been sexting model Jacqui Ryland behind Megan’s back.
They got back together but broke up again in April after a series of rows, one which saw them both physically restrained by their TV crew after a row in Essex turned nasty.
And despite the pair rekindling their romance in June during a loved up break in Las Vegas, it seems their soul searching wasn’t enough to keep them together.
While Megan is now seeing Harry, Pete has hinted he’s moving on after being snapped going home from a party in London with a mystery blonde.
