BFFS Daisy Lowe laughs off 'lesbian rumours' with pal Louise Redknapp
She described nightclub singer Sally as an "extremely vulnerable" woman who on the outside is "ballsy" and wants fame.
With her new role, the Strictly Come Dancing star is clearly keen to start focusing on herself again after putting her own life on hold for the sake of her family.
She confessed: “I lost myself. It happens to a lot of women when they get married and have children.”
Despite the split, the mother-of-two has been putting her marital woes to one side as she continues to enjoy the party lifestyle with new best pal Daisy Lowe.
Her candid interview comes just days after friend Daisy hit back at claims they are more than just friends.
The 28-year-old found herself at the centre of the 42-year-old singer’s split but has now laughed off the suggestion they were enjoying a lesbian romance.
Speaking in her new podcast Femme, she said: “I'm aware of all the lesbian hints. It actually makes me laugh.”
She went on to question why people struggled to understand their friendship, saying: “People find it strange we are friends. "Why? She's an amazing, warm, honest woman. I'm proud of her. This is what women should do, support each other.”
