Bake Off viewers in hysterics as they notice Prue Leith’s necklace resembles a sex toy
GREAT British Bake Off viewers were left in hysterics this evening as they noticed Prue Leith’s rather unusual necklace.
The 77-year-old opted to wear a simple chain with a large red ball, which those watching at home couldn’t help but notice looked rather like a ball gag.
A ball gag is sex toy sometimes worn during BDSM roleplay and bondage that feature a rubber ball attached to a leather strap.
Taking to Twitter to comment on her hilarious choice of neckwear, one viewer wrote: “#gbbo sure Prue leith is wearing that Necklace all wrong.”
While another asked: “Why has prue Leith got a ball gag for a necklace? #GBBO #kinky #GreatBritishBakeOff.”
And someone else tweeted: “Is it just me or does @PrueLeith seem to be wearing a ball gag as a necklace? #GBBO”.
Prue is currently in her first year of Bake Off after replacing Mary Berry when the show moved to Channel 4.
The South African born restaurateur recently revealed she is more than qualified to keep up with Marry's cheeky innuendos, after she gushed about her thriving sex life.
Exposing her bedroom antics with new husband John Playfair, 70, who she calls her “toyboy”, the saucy cook said: “It’s surprising how you can behave like a 16-year-old in your 60s, or a 17-year-old in your 70s.
“You know, it’s exactly the same. You fall in love with somebody, you start worrying why the phone is not ringing and thinking, ‘Can I ring him?’.”

The pair wed in October last year, and Prue’s lust is as strong as ever.
She told The Sun: “Is romance dead for me? I got married five months ago. He’s a great guy, too. He’s lovely and he’s my toyboy.
"I’m 77 and he’s 70, so he’s a mere boy. It’s enlivening”
Tonight's epsiode of Bake Off saw Stacey Hart get the boot and miss the chance to be in the final after she failed to impress with her flamingo meringue centrepiece.
