PLUCKY Vogue Williams showed she's made of strong stuff as she took on the Royal Marines physical fitness test with ex-military man Ant Middleton.
The SAS Who Dares Wins instructor put Vogue through her paces at the Crystal Palace Athletics Track in south London.
The model and TV star showed off her washboard abs in a white crop top and workout leggings for the series of exercise challenges including performing a number of push ups in two minutes.
She tweeted a video of the move, alongside the caption: "This was a serious challenge but so glad I did it!"
The star was taking part in the challenge to support SSAFA, the armed forces charity, as it celebrates 100 years in the military.
Vogue also took part in pull ups, with Ant lending a hand to help her get her chin above the bar.
Speaking to SSAFA, Ant was impressed with the star's prowess and said: "She needs to improve on her running but apart from that absolutely brilliant.
"This isn't for the army - this isn't for the navy - this is for the Royal Marines. This is the elite.
"She's nearly there. A couple more months training and I think she's smash it."
There was no sign of Vogue's boyfriend - Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews - who she recently moved in with.
The move came less than a year after they met on The Jump.
Dubliner Vogue, 32, said it's all going well for the pair, who already have matching gold bands with their initials.
But she batted away talk of Londoner Spencer, 28, putting a ring on it.
She told Star Magazine: "He's a lovely guy but we're not getting engaged, we are just enjoying living together.
"I've always lived with boys, so I'm used to it. It's really good and luckily he has no bad habits, so I can't complain."
The couple are known for their public displays of affection and they regularly share sweet pictures of themselves.
