MEL B arrived back in Los Angeles after warnings she could face jail over delays in court battle with estranged hubby Stephen Belafonte over his alleged violence.
The ex-Spice Girl, 42, enraged a divorce courts judge who was due to hear her evidence because she was in Australia filming an ad.
The “trial”, ahead of a full hearing, was meant to start tomorrow but had to be delayed a week.
Judge Mark Juhas hinted further failures to show up could see her sent to cells for up to five days for contempt.
He declared there must be “no more delays”.
The singer claims film producer Belafonte, 42, kept her drugged through most of their ten-year marriage.
He accuses her of “habitual and consistent addiction”.
The bitter divorce will also hear about orgies.
