Katie Price ‘shuts down failing jewellery business’ after less than three years
KATIE Price is shutting down her jewellery business KP Bling after less than three years running, according to reports.
The glamour model's failing business is set for liquidation, and the associated website is now permanently "scheduled for maintenance" - with no activity being recorded on its Facebook page since January 2016.
Companies House records have revealed that the company, which boasts Katie as one of its directors, has made just £100 in net assets up to August 2016.
And a compulsory strike-off has been initiated, so it will soon be curtains for the firm, whose directors have failed to supply the necessary records this year.
Mum-of-five Katie, 39, wrote a sparkling intro to the KP Bling website - which remains on the homepage, though you now cannot buy any of her sparkly designs for kids and adults.
She wrote: “I’m starting with my collection being small but will keep growing it.
"All crystals are put on by hand, which is why we can be flexible on special requirements (just drop us an email) and that's why time is needed to get things perfect!
"The designs are created by me and my dream team.
"Anyone out there follow your dreams despite knock backs, and turn your dreams into reality," she added.
The Sun Online has contacted Katie's rep for comment.
The demise of KP Bling is the latest blow to Katie's life and her empire, though the animal lover is still running KP Equestrian.
Katie split from her third husband Kieran Hayler in September, claiming he'd slept with the family nanny, following his betrayal with her best friend Jane Pountney.
However, they have been spotted at numerous events together since the split, but have avoided being photographed together.
Amid that chaos she had a vicious row with Chris Hughes from Love Island online over whether or not he flirted with her on WhatsApp.
A few months prior to all this, Katie faced a major backlash for the first series of her show My Crazy Life which showed her parenting her "feral" kids by showing them nude posters from her time as Jordan.
Her latest attempt to launch a pop career with single I Got U also fell flat as she only got to number 46 in the UK singles chart, before dropping to 94 after one day.
Recently Katie has been slammed for postponing all her 2018 tour dates - and for jetting off to Turkey to have her teeth fixed instead of appearing in Manchester.
It's unlikely Katie cared about the hate, as she was busy cosying up to Mike Thalassitis from Love Island, aka Muggy Mike.
She is yet to respond to the eBay storm over products with her disabled son Harvey's face on them following the harrowing kidnapping threat made against him last month.
