When are the Rolling Stones playing UK gigs in 2018?
Frontman Mick Jagger is currently meeting with promoters to secure dates in 2018 which are likely to feature a number of huge stadium shows - but exact dates and locations have yet to be announced.
Why didn't the Rolling Stone visit Britain in their No Filter tour this year?
Following the announcement of their extensive "No Filter" tour which included dates for European cities including Stockholm, Denmark and Paris, many British fans had been left slightly miffed that the band's homeland had been omitted from the list.
In response, the band took to their official Facebook account to clarify the situation.
They wrote: “Sorry to our UK fans that we cannot play UK dates on this run, due to lack of available venues, because of sporting fixtures.
"But we hope to be here in 2018!”
Speaking exclusively to Bizarre, Rolling Stone legend Mick Jagger said: “We were disappointed not to perform in the UK on our recent jaunt and we’re looking forward to getting plans in place to do so next year.”
The Stones’ last notable gigs in the UK were in 2013 when they played two Hyde Parks shows and headlined Glastonbury.
