Rita Ora wears just her dressing gown as she gears up to host the MTV EMAs

RITA Ora posed in just her dressing gown as she drummed up excitement for the MTV EMAs.

The 26-year-old will be hosting the star-studded award show in London tomorrow evening and is clearly very excited.

“I'm so excited to be hosting this year's MTV EMAs in my hometown. I still remember how much fun my first EMAs was in Frankfurt in 2012, when I performed RIP I can't wait to get back on the stage to host and perform.”

When asked if she thought politics or world affairs would play a part in the show, she replied: “We plan to bring a form of spirit and hope into a music awards show, especially being in London.

“There are a lot of things that have happened this year, and it's really important to just be proud of where you are from.”

The pop star also admitted there is likely to be “a lot of inappropriate jokes”.

Meanwhile U2 will receive this year's Global Icon prize at the award show.

And Clean Bandit will team up with collaborators Zara Larsson, Sean Paul, Anne-Marie and Julia Michaels for a very special moment at this weekend’s ceremony.

Liam Payne, Shawn Mendes, Demi Lovato, Camila Cabello, Kesha, The Killers and Stormzy are also set to perform.

Those dishing out prizes on the night include James Bay, David Guetta and will.i.am, joining Natalie Dormer, Madison Beer and Sabrina Carpenter.
