SHARON Osbourne shocked viewers on tonight’s X Factor as she swore live on TV.
The 65-year-old called herself a b***h at 8.30pm, a full thirty minutes before the 9pm watershed.
Her comment came as she gave feedback to Nicole’s hopeful Matt Linnen, following his performance of Careless Whisper during George Michael week.
She told him: “You did really well. That version was rocking. I still feel there is insecurity with you as an artist.”
But the audience members weren’t impressed with her comment and stared booing at her.
Trying to hush their jeering, she responded: "Yeah yeah, I know I'm a b***h."
Sharon didn’t seem to notice her slip up and carried on as normal, while Simon Cowell and Dermot O’Leary both ignored it too.
Those at home certainly didn’t though and took to Twitter to comment on her language.
One person wrote: "My seven year old to me ... ‘Mummy, Sharon just swore’. Family viewing perhaps not # xfactor?"
While someone else remarked: “It’s only gone 8:30pm and Sharon says yeah I’m a b***h"
And another viewer tweeted : “Surprised Dermot didn't apologise for Sharon swearing! #XFactor”
Meanwhile Jack and Joel lost their place on the show, while Harry Styles performed.
