Samantha Faiers welcomes a daughter with partner Paul Knightley
SAM Faiers has welcomed a daughter overnight.
The little girl is the former Towie star’s second child with partner Paul Knightley, with the pair welcoming a son, Paul Tony, in December 2015.
Sam’s representative told The Sun Online:";Samantha and Paul are delighted to welcome a baby girl into the world, both mother and baby are doing well."
The 26-year-old announced the birth in an Instagram post which showed husband Paul and son Paul Junior climb atop her and the newborn.
Sam captioned the sweet snap: "Welcome to the world our beautiful baby girl."
Fans rushed to congratulate the reality star and the picture garnered over 200,000 likes within an hour.
Sam announced her pregnancy in July in another adorable Instagram post.
She wrote in a caption: "Words can't describe how excited we are to meet you baby 👶❤...
"We love you soo much already. #babynumber2 #2under2."
Sam and Paul became first-time parents in 2016 when they welcomed baby Paul.
The tot was named Paul Tony after his dad and uncle.
Sam has made no secret of the fact she hopes for a big family and shortly before announcing her pregnancy she told OK!: "Yes, I can’t wait to have another.
"We always said we want a three- or four-year gap between babies, so we’d like one fairly soon.
"It’s so lovely having a newborn. I miss that."
However she insists she won’t be having any more children until she has married Paul.
She told OK!: "Of course I'd love to get married, but I'm not some creepy girlfriend who begs her boyfriend to propose.
"I know he'll ask me at some point so I'm in no rush.
"We get asked all the time so it puts a lot of pressure on him. We've spoken about marriage - it's definitely on the cards.
"We've said we won't have any more children until we get married though."
