TAMARA Ecclestone insists she doesn’t waste her money - and she loves a bargain.
The socialite - whose dad is billionaire ex-Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone - says she regularly shops at Costco and is always on the hunt for a good deal.
Tamara, 33, her husband Jay Rutland, and their daughter Sophia, three, live in a £70 million, 57-room mansion in London’s Kensington Palace Gardens and they have a team of 50 staff catering to their every whim.
But Tamara is adamant she isn’t extravagant as her dad has taught her the value of money.
She told the : “My dad is the biggest lover of a deal, or a sale, in life, ever.
"Somehow it has been passed down by genetics.
“Yes, I like nice things, but if there is a way to save money or have a deal - my father will always say, ‘Look for the deal, ask for a discount, you will always get it, don’t just pay the first price’.
“I do go to Costco and if there is money to be saved, why wouldn’t you? It doesn’t matter how much you have, if you can pay less for something, then you should.”
Tamara is the star of a new ITV fly-on-the-wall series called Tamara’s World and in one scene, she is seen breastfeeding Sophia - something she has often been criticised for.
She said of the scene: “I know some people will be negative about it, but I’m not worried about that at all. So much is written about me and my life, and so much of it isn’t true or is twisted.
"I’m happy that with this series, the actual truth about me will come out.
“I find people can be negative about everything in my life - even breastfeeding my daughter.
"I have really learned that there are people who aren’t very happy or positive and they will spin any scenario and make it negative.”
