Tamara Ecclestone defends lavish lifestyle and 50 staff members on Loose Women as unimpressed viewers brand her ‘spoilt’
TAMARA Ecclestone attempted to defend her lavish lifestyle during an appearance on Loose Women today.
The billionaire heiress lives in a 57 room, £70 million house, with 50 members of staff, which is about to be shared with the public on her new reality TV show.
The 33-year-old, who is the daughter of Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone, declared it was her “normality”, but those at home were not impressed with her reasoning and branded her “spoilt” and mocked her for “not speaking properly”.
When quizzed about her home choices, following a segment on the housing crisis in the UK, she told the panel: “Listen I know it might seem extreme to some people, but it is kind of is my normality. I would never judge anyone on how they chose their life.”
She continued: “50 is a small exaggeration - that is including hair dressers etc. We don’t have 50 who work in the house. It is a big house all the time and I do have a lot of people helping me. No one lives there.”
But she went on to reveal that when it came to her daughter Sophia, three, she was very hands on.
“I don’t have help with her but I don’t clean the house,” she said.
During the interview Tamara also revealed that she loves a bargain and learnt it from her dad, who she once watched haggle over a bomber jacket for her.
Her comments sparked debate among viewers, who took to Twitter to comment on her extravagant lifestyle.
One person wrote: “Tamara Ecclestone spoilt lil rich kid #justsaying #LooseWomen.”
Another commented: “Tamara!! There are people starving and homeless Why not shove your wealth in their face? It’s the season of goodwill and thinking of others, not yourself, you selfish mare.”

Others made remarks about her use of the word “like”, with one writing: “Shame you didn’t spend your billions on learning how to speak properly..... “like” #loosewomen.”
