WAYNE and Coleen Rooney have been seen in public for the first time since his court shame — at Nando’s.
The crisis couple waited for peri peri chicken dishes with their three sons.
Wayne, 32, looked glum as he sat on a bench as pregnant Coleen stood next to him holding 18-month-old Kit’s hands.
They were also with Kai, eight, and four-year-old Klay in Didsbury, Manchester.
The dressed-down pair were snapped on Tuesday night by a sneaky diner who tweeted: “In Didsbury, even Wayne Rooney has to wait for his @NandosUK”.
The Rooneys have led separate lives in public since the Everton striker was caught drink-driving with party girl Laura Simpson in September.
Furious Coleen, 31, ditched her £500,000 wedding rings after the incident and told pals she was struggling to forgive Wayne.
A source said: “Every marriage has their ups and downs – and the Rooneys have certainly had more than their fair share.
“Whether it’s a food craving from pregnant Coleen or just a treat for their kids, a cheeky Nando’s could be a sign that things are moving in the right direction for Wayne.
Although he shouldn’t count his chickens just yet as Coleen is still reluctant to put her rings back on."
