I’m A Celebrity 2017 finalist Jamie Lomas – three quirky facts about the Hollyoaks actor
The Hollyoaks star is arguably as well known for his relationship with a certain Coronation star as he is for his acting work.
JAMIE Lomas was an early front-runner to be crowned king of the jungle after it was announced he was bound for Down Under.
The Hollyoaks actor is a household name for his portrayal as the evil Warren Fox in the Channel 4 soap but here's some things about him you might not know:
1) The actor was nominated for a Villain of the Year award three years running
Jamie was up for the award at the British Soap Awards between 2007 and 2009. He lost out to co-star Gemma Bissix in 07, Jack P Shepherd in 08 and Gray O'Brien in 09.
He was also nominated for the Sexiest Male award in 2007 and 2008 but lost out to Rob James-Collier in both years.
He finally tasted success in 2008 for playing a part in the Most Memorable Scene when Clare Devine drove off a cliff.
2) Jamie tried to launch himself in Hollywood
After the actor quit Hollyoaks first time round in 2011 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting dream.
However, his time Stateside was short-lived as he landed a role as alcoholic Jake Stone in 2013 and returned to the UK.

3) Jamie starred in Sky One football drama Dream Team
The actor played the role of Alex Dempsey alongside other familiar faces who have gone on to land high-profile acting roles.
Notable members of the cast include Alison King, who played sexy Lynda Block before becoming Carla Connor in Corrie, and Robert Kazinsky, who played Casper Rose before going on to play Sean Slater in EastEnders and star in US drama True Blood.
