THE stars of I'm A Celebrity have been paired up in new twist with Jamie Lomas being teamed with his ex-wife Kym Marsh's pal Jennie McAlpine.
The actor has been buddied up with his former partner's Coronation Street co-star.

Jamie and Kym were married for two years and became parents to a daughter, Polly, before divorcing in 2014.
The Hollyoaks star now has to face his past on I'm A Celebrity after being teamed up with Kym's friend and colleague Jennie.
The two actress both work on Coronation Street together - so the pairing of Jamie and Jennie could lead to some awkward conversations.
But Kym didn't seem to have any hard feelings as she tweeted her support for the pair.

She wrote: "Kym tweeted: "Yayy get in Jennie and Jamie!! Polly is ecstatic! Now I have removed her fingernails from my arm all is well!!!"
The pairs were announced at the start of tonight's show as all 10 celebrities were buddied up ahead of their first task.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly told the contestants about the twist during their introduction event at a luxury hotel.
Dec said: "Your journey to the jungle is about to begin and this year you’ll each be making your way to camp with a celebrity buddy.”

Ant continued: “The public have decided who each of you will be buddied up with.”
When Jennie and Jamie were paired up, they hugged and Jamie admitted they already knew each other.
He said: "Yeah!... Two fellow Northeners... You look gorgeous by the way...
"I’m made up me and Jennie are buddies, I know Jennie from back home.
"We’ll have a good laugh together."
Jack Maynard was paired with Georgia Toffolo and Shappi Khorsandi got Stanley Johnson.

Rebekah Vardy and Dennise Wise were put together, leaving Vanessa White all on her own.
The hosts teased her and said she would be flying solo until her celebrity partner was revealed as boxer Amir Khan.
