Ant returned to TV tonight and was reunited with his longtime pal Dec as they launched the new series of I'm A Celeb.
He was treated for an addiction to painkillers after becoming hooked following a botched knee operation.
The star looked fit and healthy and was sporting a glowing tan as he fronted the show tonight - and it has been revealed he himself a body makeover.
reports Ant started exercising regularly and eating healthily and has also given up boozing.

A source said: "The last couple of months have been about him getting back to the Ant people know and love, and he has been exercising the knee, eating more healthily and drinking a lot less.
“The results of all that, and work in the gym, are there for all to see now.
“He has lost up to a stone in weight and looks better than he has for years.”

The show started with Declan making a joke about Ant's rehab stint, introducing him as Holly Willoughby, who had previously been tipped to replace him.
They then hugged in an emotional moment as Ant declared there was never any chance that he wasn't going to do the show.
Later in the show, Dec made a cheeky joke about his pal's recent recovery in Los Angeles - needling him about where he spent his summer.
