Here's everything you need to know about cooking pro Steven Lickley who is one of the chefs who's made it to the final...
Who is Steven Lickley?
Steve is a Manchester-born sous chef who works in London at catering service Vacherin.
MasterChef: The Professionals isn't the first competition he has taken part in.
He also took the top spot at the ACE Ready Steady Cook competition at Imperial College London in 2015.
So far, he has impressed critics Jay Rayner, Grace Dent and William Sitwell with his cooking, especially with his lamb loin and roasted belly with potato fondant, pea shoots, morel mushrooms and an asparagus veloute.
Where is Vacherin?
Vacherin was created in 2002 to bring a fresh approach to contract catering for the London corporate market.
They claim to "take great pride in delivering unrivalled, personal service to an exclusive portfolio of clients."
Their website says they offer fine dining that thrills the eye as much as the palate.
When is Masterchef: The Professionals on BBC2?
The final episode of the new series is on tonight at 8pm on BBC2.
There are 21 episodes in total as the prestigious cooking contest celebrates its 10th birthday.
Over the course of the show, the original group of 48 hopefuls gets whittled down through various gruelling stages until one talented foodie rules them all.
Last year, Glaswegian chef Gary Maclean won the series though some viewers complained there weren't enough women competitors.
