The billionaire heiress has opened up her life in a new ITVBe show, and last night's episode featured her daughter's first day at nursery.

She was seen crying as she prepared to say goodbye to her daughter, who later had a meltdown in the car as her parents prepared to drop her off.

After eventually leaving three-year-old Sophia, known as Fifi, with the teachers for her three-hour day, Tamara was seen explaining her fears to husband Jay Rutland.

She admitted she was worried that the little girl would have toilet troubles at nursery.

Tamara said: "I'm worried that they'll make her wipe her own poo. She's not ready for that... This is so awful!"

Earlier in the episode, Tamara revealed she suffered a sleepless night before the big day.

She said: "I'm feeling exhausted, I've hardly slept... I'm worried, but at the same time I'm trying to keep things as normal as possible for Fifi...

"Today is an awful day. Today is a tragedy."

Jay added: "I'm feeling exhausted, I've hardly slept... I'm worried, but at the same time I'm trying to keep things as normal as possible for Fifi... Today is an awful day. Today is a tragedy."

Tamara struggled with the task, especially when Fifi started crying as her parents prepared to leave her.

The billionaire heiress explained: "I'm all for Fifi being independent on her own agenda.

"The times that I don't feel OK is when I'm forcing her to do something that makes her feel sad, because that makes me feel sad, to."

Tamara spent three anxious hours waiting for her daughter to come home, revealing she felt devastated to be parted from the youngster.

She said: "I definitely feel that when I'm with Fifi that I'm at my happiest. And it probably sounds selfish, but I'm unhappy that she'll be away from me."

However, when Fifi came home from nursery, she was all smiles and told her parents how much she loved her day.

The issue has been a hot topic among viewers, with many voicing their fears that Tamara needs to give the little girl more independence.

It comes after she previously come under fire over her decision to continue breastfeeding Fifi.

One wrote: "Shocked by the relationship between Tamara and her daughter, you have to let children have independence even at a young age or there will be serious consequences later..."

Another tweeted: "#TamarasWorld I don’t think being so codependent to ur child or a child to her mother is healthy & she needs alone time with her husband & time away from her child she’s not a bad Mum for having some 'me time'."

Another added: "That feeling when your child really doesn’t want to go to school is so heart wrenching. No mumma wants to see their baby upset and you do feel guilty leaving them #TamarasWorld."
