MIKEY North is best known for playing lovable rogue Gary Windass in Coronation Street.
But what else do we know about the actor? - here's the lowdown...
How does Gary Windass become the cobble's new villain?
Gary Windass - played by actor Mikey North - becomes the soap's newest super-villain as he teams up with Rick Neelan in collecting cash and seizing goods from debtors.
The character will become a ruthless loan shark to the residents of the cobbles.
In the latest pics from set, Gary is seen running out of Amy Barlow's baby daddy Tyler's mum's house after she failed to pay her debts.
He is chased down the road by Tyler's friend Naomi, and he ends up dropping his van keys - forcing him to get down on the road and find them.
It’s been reported that the ITV soap is set for a shake-up as the factory caves in - resulting in a major and heartbreaking death - in a shocking incident caused by a character turning to the dark side.
Late last year, Corrie boss Iain MacLeod confirmed the show's plans but refused to give any details on who will be involved.
He said: "We're knocking the factory down in March in a colossal big stunt.
"It will at first appear to be an accident, but will then be revealed to be a mystery and it'll have been some kind of criminal enterprise that causes it all to fall down.
"Somebody will be dying in said collapse."
But he refused to reveal who is moving over to the dark side... but it looks like we now know.
