Dancing On Ice’s Brooke Vincent says she’s ‘lost her boobs’ after dropping a dress size while training for the show
BROOKE Vincent has revealed her training regime for Dancing On Ice has completely transformed her body.
Speaking about the rigorous daily exercise she's going through to master figure skating for the ITV show, the 25-year-old Coronation Street star revealed she's "lost" her boobs.
Talking to about her preparations for the show, the soap actress revealed training sessions have transformed her figure.
She told the glossy: "I dropped my phone the other day and it flew between my legs. I’ve never had that problem before but now I have a gap! My arms and top half also have more definition. I have a spring in my step. I can wear whatever I want.
"I’m not saying I have the best body or I’m the slimmest, but I’m really quite happy at the minute. I’m more confident, I’ve got more energy, my skin is dewier and I’m more awake in the mornings.
"I’ve gone down a dress size, too. I was a size 10 and I’m now a small size 8. My nan said to me yesterday: ‘Oh Brookey, you’ve lost your boobs!’ I’m measured every Monday."
She added that she's never "worked this hard for anything," before.
Despite her new-found confidence, Brooke admitted the costumes that she and the other contestants need to wear on the show have given her pause for though.
Describing it as a "massive thing" to agree to wear the costumes, the TV fave explained she's always been more at home in trousers and blazers as opposed to little dresses.
An exact air date is still to be confirmed – but all previous series’ started airing in January each year, suggesting series 10 will air from January 2018.
Ice skating legend Jayne Torvill declared the show will need to up its game as reality TV has raised the bar over the past few years.
Jason Gardiner is making his grand return to Dancing On Ice and joins the judging panel alongside some fan favourites.
Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean managed to swap their coaching roles for judges seats in a move that fans have been delighted by.
Ashley Banjo, the Diversity founder and Dance, Dance, Dance judge has also been confirmed to be joining the panel.
Other stars included in the full line-up include Love Island winner Kem Cetinay, GBBO winner Candice Brown and Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Waring.
