Louise Redknapp is terrified Jamie will move on and fears ‘she’s hurt him too much’ after marriage break
LOUISE Redknapp has been left in fear that estranged husband Jamie will have moved on from her by the time she is ready to return to the marriage.
While it was Louise, 43, who pushed for their 20-year marriage to be put on hold, the worry is now that Jamie, 44, has started to move on.
An insider told Now: “Louise wanted a break from normality, to have some fun and put herself out there again.
“But fears are creeping in and she’s not sure whether she’ll have a husband to go back to.
“She and Jamie love each other, there’s no denying that, but Louise has hurt him. She knows there are lots of other women out there just waiting for their split to become official.”
This summer Louise moved out the home the couple shared with sons Charley, 13, and Beau, nine, and complained in an interview that she felt like a “Stepford Wife” and “trapped” in the marriage.
She went on to pursue her career with her role in Cabaret, and while she never removed her wedding ring, Jamie was photographed without his, which has left her feeling insecure.
The source continued: “In many ways, Jamie has moved on from the state of speculation Louise created around their relationship.
“Right now Jamie is giving his wife the space she was craving and is only in contact to discuss the children.
“It’s not over in his eyes and he can see how exhausted and anxious Louise is but, in some ways, he feels it’s about time she knew how it felt to be left out in the cold.”

To add to Louise’s turmoil, she is apparently unhappy about learning that Jamie has been partying when she sees the pictures in the press, but pals say he has been keeping his activities “private” as he doesn’t want to “suffocate her”.
The source added: “Her comments about being a Stepford Wife have really stuck with him and if she’s upset, Louise has only got herself to blame.”
A rep for Louise and Jamie declined to comment.
