Jealous Lauren Goodger takes a swipe at ex Mark Wright AGAIN as she reckons it’s ‘easier to crack the US than exclusive London’
LAUREN Goodger has taken yet another swipe at her ex Mark Wright.
During a recent interview the fake tan enthusiast, 31, acidicly quipped that it was "easier" for him to land his Extra job in the US than it would have been to get a similar gig in the UK.
Putting a hint of sting into her reply, she said: "I've not seen any of it, but in America it's so much easier to do things because they are more welcoming than in London."
Sticking the boot in, she added: "It's easier to become more famous over there. London is more exclusive."
Though she tried to offset her catty remarks by adding: "I'd love to take my business over there."
Earlier on this summer, relations soured between Lauren and her ex - who she famously (quite literally) chucked at a pool party in Marbella - when she claimed he'd had her removed from Essex hot-spot Sheesh.
Lauren claimed that two bouncers told her to leave the venue because Mark was on his way.
The couple famously dated for many years and were even engaged before a toxic split and bitter slanging matches for years to come.
A furious Lauren told The Sun Online at the time: “Mark thinks he’s the king of Essex. He’s so up his own a**e.
“I’d been sitting outside of Sheesh for a couple of minutes when two burly bouncers walked up to me.
“I said: ‘Is everything OK?’ I still haven’t eaten a bean or had a sip of a drink. The one I didn’t know said to me: ‘You haven’t dined here tonight.” I said: ‘I tried to and I wasn’t allowed…’
He then said: ‘No, don’t talk over me, and Mark Wright’s on his way so I think it’s best you leave.’
“I said, ‘OK, no worries’. I was so intimidated by these two big blokes standing over me and leaning over me into my face. I wanted the ground to swallow me up, I was so embarrassed and upset.”
She went on to say that she saw Mark arriving at the venue before reversing out when he saw her and only reappearing after she left.
At the time Sheesh denied Lauren’s versions of events saying: “She was asked to leave because she never had a booking."
