Kevin Davy White has fallen at the final hurdle and been eliminated from the X Factor 2017 just a DAY before the winner is crowned.
Grace Davies, Kevin and Rak-Su performed their hearts out in the penultimate episode of this year’s series – but unfortunately Kevin was cut from the Sunday line-up.
Pete Tong and the Heritage Orchestra kicked off the show with dancefloor anthem Sing It Back by Moloko – before bringing the finalists out for a joint performance of You’ve Got The Love.
The Parisian singer – the last remaining Over in Nicole Scherzinger’s category – was the first to grace the stage with his version of Led Zepplin’s Whole Lotta Love.
After the performance, Simon told him: “Well, someone’s turned up to win it, right? You know what this is what I’ve loved about you. I think you’re in with a real shot tonight.”
Speaking to the audience, whose girlfriend, pals and mum-in-law was in the audience, Kevin said: “It felt so good, thank you so much for coming down.
“Honestly I really enjoyed that and thank you, thank you, thank you!”
Viewers were shocked to see appearances from Stacey Solomon and Union J star George Shelley – who acted as Dermot’s co-presenters from inside the audience.
Blackburn bird Grace was next up to take on the stage – performing Live and Let Die by Wings.
Wearing a bright red suit, the star was supported by her hometown Mayor and was flanked by violinists as she performed.
Watford boys Rak-Su then performed their own original song, Mamacita – which they had previously showcased during Latin Week in the second week of the live shows.
After they performed, the group – made up of Ashley, Myles, Mustafa and Jamaal – were left stunned as the judges struggled to speak while the audience cheered them on.
Nicole dubbed them a “phenomenon” and told them: “We need that music in the market space today, it just makes everybody feel so good.”
Speaking to Dermot, humble Myles added said: “We’re just fortunate enough to be blessed to be on this show right now.”
Dermot then revealed the series winner will be releasing their winner's single with the famous faces they performed with on Saturday night’s show.
All proceeds from the song will be donated to children’s charities, Together for Short Lives and Shooting Star Chase.
Simon Cowell declared that he wanted to raise £1million for the two charities and their life-saving work - and donated £250,000 to the cause to get the ball rolling.
Kevin Davy White performed with Tokio Myers and reprised Fast Love - which he originally sang during George Michael week during the live shows - with the Britain's Got Talent singer.
Praising his new song mate, Tokio said: "Kevin is such a nice guy, such an incredible artist, and he deserves to win."
Grace Davies performed original song Roots with Paloma Faith.
The song was what Grace performed in her first ever auditioned - and reduced the judge's to tears before bringing her through to the next round, and ultimately, the finale.
Bursting into tears the second the song was finished, Grace was overcome by the moment and struggled to thank Paloma and the fans for the moment.
Rak-Su were the last performance of the evening, and were joined by Perfect Gentleman singer Wyclef Jean and Naughty Boy for a performance of their original song, Dimelo.
Clearly overwhelmed, Ashley compared the moment to a dream, as they performed with their childhood hero.
Following the finale this weekend, The X Factor hopefuls will be heading out on tour from February next year - with a Sun Online voted wildcard joining them.
Rak-Su, Grace Davies, Kevin Davy White, Lloyd Macey, The Cutkelvins and Matt Linnen will be serenading the UK in stadiums - but who do you want to see join them?
SIMON COWELL has revolutionised this year's X Factor tour.
The all-new puts the power back in the audience's hands, as each night our finalists battle it out for fans' votes just like they do on Britain's most exhilarating TV show.
