The pair were previously spotted "flirting" at the the REVIV beauty event in Liverpool back in June where the Towie hunk was seen chatting and "getting cosy" with the American reality star.
Both of them are now single after Steph's split from Love Island's Jonny Mitchell and Pete no longer being with Megan McKenna and "things are hotting up between them".

"They were laughing and joking all night. Everyone around them could sense the chemistry between them.
"They looked so comfortable in each other's company."
The pair were pictured leaving the venue together and have arranged to meet up again soon.
Another insider revealed: "Steph and Pete exchanged numbers at the end of the night and left the venue together.
"They're planning on going on a dog walking date together. After spending the whole night talking they realised just how much they've got in common.
"Steph's mates are super keen on Pete and think he's the perfect match for her. He loves animals and does loads of charity work, just like her.
"Steph's had a really awful few weeks with her ex Jonny and Pete is the perfect thing to keep her mind off him. Her pals are egging her on and would love for them to get together."
And some attention from hunky fellow animal lover Pete could be exactly what Steph needs following her dramatic split from Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell last week.
Friends have confessed they are “really worried” about the Made In Chelsea star as their split took a dark turn with claims he cheated on her.
A source told The Sun Online: “Friends are said to be really worried about Steph. She didn't see this coming with Johnny and she's feeling really let down.
“No one can reach her, which her friends know is a big sign that she's not alright about what’s happened.”
