Khloe Kardashian appears to confirm pregnancy at party in Keeping Up With The Kardashians trailer – but ‘pregnant’ Kylie Jenner is notably absent

KHLOE Kardashian breaks some astonishing news - possibly that she's pregnant - to friends and family in a new trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The reality star is seen hugging pals as her mum Kris Jenner sheds a tear at a big gathering, filmed months ago - around the time speculation about the "pregnancy" began.

While tell-tale signs have threatened to give her and Tristan Thompson's news away, it seems this new episode of the programme in January will confirm it for good.

However, fans have noted that Khloe's sister Kylie Jenner - also thought to be expecting a child - is not at the party, and does not feature in the ad at all, except on the phone to her mum.

In the clip, Khloe's announcement is not heard, but everyone screams "WHAT?!" in response, and her sister Kourtney shrieks: "Oh my God!"

Meanwhile an excited Kim asks Kris "Did you know?", to which she responds: "No!" - while holding a baby.

Khloe's boyfriend Tristan is not seen at the party, though he features earlier in the trailer, calling his girlfriend "the pit bull of the family".

Elsewhere in the jam-packed advert, Kendall Jenner confesses that she suffers from anxiety, while the sisters worry about Rob Kardashian's custody arrangement with ex Blac Chyna over their kid Dream.

And Scott Disick, Kourtney's ex and baby daddy, is seen looking sorrowful during a chat with Kris.

No doubt the conversation was about his relationship with Kourtney and the fact he's now seeing a string of younger ladies, including - currently - Sofia Richie, 19.

Kris also has a dinner with her daughters, and raises a glass to herself, after asking Kylie: "Shall we have her arrested?".

Meanwhile Kim is seen running away from a tarantula, shouting "shut the f*** up!".

Fans now have a few weeks to wait before learning whether Khloe is expecting her first child, or whether the news she broke to pals is about something else.

Until now, other more trivial matters have been on Khloe's mind, including the idea of having botox on her belly button.

But fans were convinced they saw a "bump" on Khloe in an ad for the Christmas KUWTK special.

Back in November, US reports claimed Khloe would reveal her news on the family's reality show, so it's a safe bet that this will happen if indeed she is with child.
