Jessica Wright puts ‘huge’ new TV show in jeopardy by ‘secretly’ dating Strictly’s Giovanni Pernice as bosses think she’s single
The couple have been seeing each other for a month and were pictured in November looking cosy at West End musical Dream Girls
JESSICA Wright may miss out on doing a massive TV show – because she’s been dating Strictly dancer Giovanni Pernice in secret for a month.
As The Sun Online exclusively revealed yesterday, former Towie star Jess and professional dancer Giovanni have been going on dates since November after meeting through her brother Mark.
Now, The Sun Online can reveal that talks for Jess to get her own TV show based around her love life have been thrown into jeopardy – because she has to be single to do the show.
“Jess was in talks to do a huge show, but it was all based around her love life and bosses thought she was single.
“When they entered into the negotiations, she was single, but she’s been keen to keep her relationship with Giovanni low key in case it affected her chances of landing the show.
“Now it’s out, everyone’s worried it will affect the show. Jess has this huge future ahead of her – everyone’s saying she can break LA like Mark did.

“There’s a huge buzz around her and this show was massive and set to start early next year.”
The new couple were pictured enjoying a date to watch Dream Girls in the West End last month.
An onlooker at the musical who saw the pair, told The Sun Online: "Giovanni was in the stalls bar and he bought two drinks, then Jess arrived. She was wearing all black, but it wasn't like she was hiding or anything. Giovanni was taking pictures with fans, but no-one seemed to notice Jess.
"She was really glammed up. It was obvious to everyone it was a date. They were talking really closely, leaning into each other. Their body language looked like they'd known each other for a while.
"They finished their drinks and went into the show and sat just behind me. They must have stepped out early as I didn't see them at the end."
