Gigi also shares a candid snap of herself with Zayn and sister Bella Hadid drawing, with the caption: "Bday arts n crafts w my besties."
She and her boyfriend are captured in a loving embrace in a picture captioned "Austyn Studio visit" in January 4 this year, while another snap shows Zayn fooling around with a dog in an unguarded moment.
The singer is seen posing for a selfie in a lift, with a shaven head, with Gigi filtering his eyes with a couple of blue hearts.
Gigi's famous pal Taylor Swift gets a look in too, with the model posing for a silly snap with the star alongside the caption "rude."
The star goes on to document her exciting year, from a dress fitting for the glam Met Ball to spending quality time with her model sister Bella.
The stunning sisters enjoyed a day off from Paris Fashion Week with a trip to Disneyland Paris and pose for a cute snap in matching caps.
It's been a whirlwind year for the 22-year-old who was honoured for her hard work when she was named The Supernova at Glamour's Women Of The Year Awards in New York last month.
Speaking prior to getting the award, Gigi said on the Today show: “I mean, I've heard so many good things about the event and every year people show up just to hear what the women have to say and it's always such a powerful and emotional night.
One shot shows the pair snuggled up on a bed with stars drawn above Gigi's head.
“So I'm so excited and it's such an honor. It's kind of crazy I'm still kind of surprised.”
Serena Williams presented her with the award on the night – admitting she would only ever leave her newborn for Gigi.

She said: "Gigi you are one of the few people on this planet I would leave my baby for — for one night — but for you it shows how much you mean to me. And I want you to imagine the affect you have on the world."
Serena, who gave birth to daughter Alexis in September, added: "She understands that in order to be the best, you have to think like you are the best, work the hardest, and make sacrifices.
"Gigi pushes boundaries. In fact, she makes new boundaries. And she's authentically herself."
