SIMON Cowell’s son Eric shows he’s got the decks factor, with a plucky leap into the sea.

Eric, three, sprang off a platform called the Monkey Jump on hols in Barbados, while his nanny filmed him.

They are on a break with Simon, his partner Lauren Silverman, 40, and Eric’s half-brother Adam, 11.

Last month Simon was snapped playing with a tamed monkey while on the holiday island.

Recently stars have spoken out about falling out with the X Factor mogul including the likes of Harry Hill and Olly Murs.

Olly, who has signed up to be a judge on rival show The Voice, revealed he has not heard from Simon for months but says there is no hard feelings between them.
