Newly-single Louise Redknapp has dinner with Strictly pal Judge Rinder and spends a lazy Sunday with her dogs
LOUISE Redknapp is settling into life as a single lady as she enjoyed a night out with her Strictly pal Judge Rinder, followed by a cosy Sunday with her pet pooches.
The singer, 43, has only just divorced her husband Jamie, after nearly two decades together, and is getting used to life on her own with a little help from her friends.
Louise and the Judge, 39 struck up a friendship when they appeared on the 2016 series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came second.
Taking to Instagram, the pretty singer posted a pic of them out to dinner and wrote: "Catching up with friends for a bit of dinner ❤️ thanks for treating us #judgerinder x"
She later posted a pic of herself wearing a wooly hat with Sunday written on it and a picture of her dogs, writing next to it: "When there’s four of you all wanting to taste the hot chocolate ☕️🙈 x"
Meanwhile, last week, Jamie was spotted without his wedding ring on as he arrived in Barbados for a holiday with his sons.
The 44-year-old jetted off with sons Charley, 13 and Beau, nine, for some fun in the sun after what has been a difficult 2017.
Looking relaxed, the football pundit flashed his ring free finger as he waited to be picked up.
Louise and Jamie were granted a quickie divorce in just 20 seconds at the end of December.
Their 19 year marriage came to an end in early 2017 and they confirmed their split in October.
The divorce documents - filed by the singer in March - noted that Jamie's "unreasonable behaviour" was the reason she wished to end their marriage.
The papers add that Jamie had "behaved in such a way that [Louise] cannot be expected to live with [Jamie]" and that the marriage had ";broken down".
The judge granted a decree nisi - a marriage formally ends when judges grant decree absolute. A wife or husband can apply for a decree absolute six weeks after a decree nisi is granted.
The couple are expected to reach amicable terms on custody of their sons, who are currently holidaying with Jamie.
She was also without it as she performed at G-A-Y on New Year’s Eve.
