Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall spots Jake Quickenden playing the Circle Game live on Dancing On Ice – but did you spot it?
The cheeky singer decided to play the cult game as he made his debut on the show
LITTLE Mix star Jade Thirlwall spotted Jake Quickenden playing the Circle Game on last night’s Dancing on Ice.
The pop beauty took to Twitter after noticing the sign Jake made with his fingers and asked if anyone else had seen it.
Clearly amused, she wrote: “Anyone else spot this 👌🏽 on @dancingonice 😂 jade x.”
Jake – who came joint top of the leader board last night – later fessed up to his prank telling fans “got you!” and replied “haha gotcha” to Jade.
The Circle Game, popularised after an episode of TV show Malcom In The Middle in 2000, involves an individual making an OK sign below their waist using their thumb and forefinger.
The aim of the game is to get the victim to look down at the gesture – and if they do they receive a punch on the arm in return.
The victim can win if they don’t look straight at it, but spot it in their peripheral vision or poke their finger through it.
Meanwhile Jake wowed the judges on last night’s show, scoring 20.5 alongside his dance partner Vanessa.
The pair skated to Olly Murs’ Wrapped Up, putting them joint first with Kem and his skating partner Alex Murphy.
Kem was the surprise hit of the evening, with his energetic performance to Shut Up and Dance.
Bake Off star Candice Brown found herself in the skate-off after landing at the bottom of the leader board with just 13 points out of a possible 40.
Asked what she’ll be working on this week ahead of next Sunday’s show, Candice told hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby: “Just everything the judges said, the extensions, my hands and trying to relax with it – everything we work on every day.
“I was nervous, it was the first time I’ve done anything like that. This week, I’m going to do it.”
