ANT McPartlin and his mum couldn't stop laughing after the TV star got stuck in a river trying to rescue his dog's ball.
The pair were in stitches as the I'm a Celebrity host slipped in the water and couldn't get back up onto the grass bank.
It was some light relief for Ant who revealed to The Sun on Sunday that he was divorcing his wife of 11 years, Lisa.
There had been speculation for sometime that the couple had split, following his stint in rehab last year.
But he put any worries aside to enjoy some time with his beloved mum.
The pair were having a right hoot as she tried to pull him over a slippery grass verge, after Ant had waded in to the river fetch his dog's ball.
As his mum tried to pull the 42-year-old ITV star up, he kept slipping back in.
They couldn't stop laughing, making the task of getting Ant back onto dry land almost impossible.
She eventually managed to hoist her son back onto dry land, only to start slipping down the bank herself, much to the pair's delight.
Meanwhile, Ant was pictured for the first time without his wedding ring as he returned to work on Britain's Got Talent.
The Geordie presenter looked happy and healthy in pictures taken as the BGT gang went to Blackpool to film the new series.
The presenter was pictured with his BFF Declan Donnelly as they both grinned in Blackpool as filming began.
However, eagle-eyed fans spotted the pair were also pictured together the wrong way around as they posed in Alesha Dixon's selfie backstage on a Blackpool tram.
The double-act usually appear with Ant on the left and Dec on the right, but the pictures show them reversed for the first time in perhaps ever.
It comes after it was revealed Ant will pay wife Lisa £31million in Britain’s priciest celebrity divorce settlement.
Ant is prepared to part with half his fortune to end the 11-year marriage amicably.
A source said: “It’s a huge amount but he wants Lisa to be financially and emotionally supported.”
Ant is divorcing Lisa, 41, over health concerns after battling drug addiction.
The massive pay-out will become the biggest divorce settlement involving a UK celebrity.
A source said: “He wants things to be amicable and doesn’t want a drawn out court battle with Lisa. He still views her as a best friend and wants them both to be able to walk away from the marriage positively.
“He is happy to give Lisa 50 per cent in the divorce if that is what is agreed by their lawyers.
A source close to Lisa said: “She is not motivated by money and doesn’t want a fight. But this was a real shock to her so she’s not going to rush things either.”
I’m A Celebrity presenter Ant, 42, told The Sun on Sunday he was ending his marriage to Lisa, 41.
He wants to divorce for health reasons following six months rehab after admitting he was addicted to drugs and suffering from depression.
Lisa has hired legal heavyweights Harbottle and Lewis to represent her in the divorce, which follows a 23-year relationship and 11-year marriage.
Divorce experts believe Lisa is legally entitled to the record-breaking pay-out.
Cara Nuttall, of Manchester law firm JMW, said: “It seems likely they will split their money and go their separate ways, rather than Lisa having maintenance.
“Given they are still quite young, most people prefer a clean break and a fresh start.
“It would be surprising if Lisa walked away with much less than half their fortune.
"Although Ant was already a household name when they married, given they got together so young, the vast majority of his money will have been earned during the relationship.
“The court is likely to treat what they built up in the eight years they lived together before tying the knot as joint, but plenty of couples argue about what was generated before they actually said ‘I do’.”
Ant earned £39,000 a day last year through his TV work with best friend Declan Donnelly while Lisa is likely to earn a six-figure sum annually as a make-up artist.
Solicitor Ms Nuttall added: “Although Lisa has a successful career herself, given Ant’s huge success during the marriage, it seems likely he earned the majority of the money.
“But the courts treat marriage as a partnership and as a general rule, each will be equally entitled to the money no matter who actually brought it in.”
Ant and Dec amassed their fortune through ITV jobs including hosting I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and Britain’s Got Talent.
Their production firm Mitre Television, which makes their show Saturday Night Takeaway, also owns all the archives from their hit kids programmes Byker Grove and SM:TV.
They also co-own Hurley Promotions, named after Ant’s chocolate labrador.
His firm Teecourt Limited, had £12million in the bank according to documents filed last week.
Ant and Dec last year signed a deal with ITV until 2019 worth £30million.
They also have a joint property empire believed to be worth around £10million.
Ant and Lisa own a £6million home in West London and a holiday home in Portugal.
They have been living separately since Ant began overhauling his life after a spell in rehab due to problems with substance abuse, prescription drugs and alcohol.
A source said: “This was a tough decision for Ant, but he has to do the right thing for his health.”
