Ant McPartlin’s wife Lisa Armstrong ‘says dog Hurley is hers’ as pair battle over who gets to keep him in £31m divorce
LISA Armstrong has said the dog she shares with estranged husband Ant McPartlin is hers.
As the duo prepare to go head-to-head in a £31million divorce battle, the make-up artist appeared to send a message to her ex as she wrote that four-year-old labrador Hurley was "her baby" in a recent Twitter post.
Sharing a snap of Hurley flanked by a group of chocolate coloured labradors on Tuesday, she wrote: "My baby boy and his #furryfam 🐶🐶❤️❤️ #BritainsFavouriteDogs xx pic @harrypageimages."
The post came as a source told The Daily star that Lisa "isn't going to budge" when it comes to ownership of the pooch,
They claimed: "The dog remains a bone of contention. It threatens what should actually be a simple split between two people who have grown apart.
"Lisa's not going to budge on Hurley."
While Ant has moved out of the family home, it's believed he still makes time in his schedule to take Hurley for regular walks.
A source close to the couple recently explained: “Ant adores Hurley – he’s like his child – but obviously so does Lisa who calls him ‘my boy’.
“It’s a very sensitive situation because they always thought they would raise him together, but they are currently sharing custody and there will be a formal agreement made in the coming weeks."
Meanwhile, it's been revealed that Lisa will spend more time working on Britain's Got Talent's spin-off, Britain's Got More Talent, in order to avoid run-ins with her ex, who hosts the show alongside Declan Donnelly.

Lisa has worked on BGT for years and is keen to continue as normal.
An insider told The Sun: “She has friends there and enjoys being part of the show.
"She’s generally done Stephen’s make-up and helped other people but this year the plan is for her to work exclusively on the spin-off. They are all keen to keep things civilised with Ant.
“It should certainly mean less awkward encounters.”
