Lucy Fallon is back filming on Coronation Street set with Tina O’Brien after big National Television Awards win
The actress returned to her day job after the glamorous ceremony that saw her given the gong for Best Serial Drama Performance
LUCY Fallon has been spotted back on the Coronation Street set just days after her big win at the National Television Awards.
The soap favourite, 22, could be seen wrapping up warm and enjoying some food during a break from filming.
The Corrie star wore a long red puffa jacket, a stripy monochrome top, black skinny jeans and black pixie boots.
She looked pleased to be tucking into some food during a pause in filming for the popular northern soap, for which she plays Bethany Platt.
Also having some downtime was her on-screen mum Sarah Platt, played by Tina O'Brien, 32.
The actress showed off her legs in a short, black skirt and fluffy jacket.
Lucy's casual appearance comes after she graced the red carpet in a stunning black dress and broke down in tears on stage when collecting the award for Best Serial Drama Performance at the NTAs on Tuesday night.
The Coronation Street star covered her face in shock as her name was announced.
Since joining the show in 2015, Lucy's character has had a string of huge story lines.
Most recently, Bethany took up lap-dancing to reassert her authority over men after she fell victim to a sex grooming plot.
She hugged her co-stars as she made her way on stage, and tearfully warned the audience she "wouldn't be able to speak any sense".
The actress had a long list of people she wanted to thank, saying: "Thank you to everybody, all of the cast, my Platt family - Tina [O'Brien] and Colson [Smith] because he'd kill me if I didn't mention him, and everybody who voted.
"My family, my mum, my dad, my boyfriend Tom, thank you so much to everybody."
She was seen alongside her boyfriend Tom Leech and a host of co-stars including Jenni McAlpine and Catherine Tyldesley earlier in the day getting the train from Manchester to London, with the group lugging suitcases carrying their outfits for the awards show.
But Coronation Street didn't sweep the board with the soaps.
The Emmerdale cast were delighted when they were presented with the prestigious award for Best Soap, having also won the category last year.
