Wayne Sleep and Jess Impiazzi were the only two housemates who had made it through to Friday's final before tonight.

However host Emma Willis revealed tonight that Shane Jenek/Courtney Act and Ann Widdecombe were the first two stars safe from eviction during tonight's live show.

Ashley and Malika were the first two celebrities to have their name called, with Amanda following later in the evening.

The triple eviction is the second of the series, after Andrew Brady, Jonny Mitchell and Daniel O'Reilly got the boot last Friday.

Speaking to Emma after being greeted by the crowds, Made in Chelsea star Ashley said she was OK with leaving so close to the final.

She said: "It's overwhelming but I'm happy.

"I even thought today, I had the most amazing time and I lived every day in the best way that I could.

"There's so many amazing people in there like why would it be me over any of those people [to stay]".

Ashley, 30, was then asked about her relationship with Ginuwine in the house, who was in the studio to see her leave the house.

Blushing, Ashley said: "This is so weird that he's sat next to my parents.

"I can't remember not liking him, I can't remember what moment...I think we just connected straightaway.

"It's all such a blur. I can't remember not being around him so when he left, I found that really hard.

"I got on with things but I missed him."

Asked what she hoped would happen now they were both out of the house, she added: "I'm excited to just spend time outside of the house with him and either way we're good friends and just have to see what happens when we're not in this surreal bubble."

Meanwhile Malika, 34, said she was relieved to have left the house, having threatened to leave previously during her time on the show.

She said: "I'm really happy because I made it this far. It's one thing to commit to something it's another to live it out.

"There were amazing times, I was literally still here because of my housemates.

"It was a testament to people that I was around that made me want to stay."

She added: "It's been a little more challenging for me coming in with a broken heart and dealing with all of that stuff, but I had to tough it out."

Discussing her straight-talking approach to life and being in the house, she said: "I don't lie about how I feel and I'm not trying to make you feel bad but the person I have to be the most honest with is myself."

Once the chat with the two women was over, Emma headed back outside to reveal that former Coronation Street actress Amanda Barrie was the third housemate to leave tonight and that Boyzone star Shane Lynch had made it to the final.

She told Emma about what it was like to be, saying: "It's the most peculiar feeling I've had in my whole life.

"You become completely institutionalised. You can't think, I started thinking in minutes.

"I feel like I've been in there for about four years, it could be longer if I'm dead honest."

Emma then asked her about her unlikely friendship with Ann, and how Amanda defended the former MP on a number of occasions.

Amanda explained: "I did [feel like I had to defend her] I thought it was school ground.

"Someone who does Strictly and panto can't be bad.

"I noticed early on that she does have a soft centre.

"When you ever see someone with that tougher out bit you know that underneath has a soft centre.

"Ann and I have very different views but I would never have ever discussed that or pushed Ann into that or asked her any questions about it."
